affordable homes for first time buyers, invites Building Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest, demonstrating

experience, capability, and capacity in providing the following: –

Design & Build for Single & Multi – Family Houses

Interested Building Contractors are invited to submit the following information:

• Details on services of a similar nature which have been completed by the firm in the past five (5) years on housing development projects (minimum thirty (30) number residential units), including approximate contract value and services provided.
• A brief history/profile of the company.
• List of permanent professional/technical construction staff.
• Registration details of the Company.
• Evidence of good standing with the National Insurance Office and Barbados Revenue Authority.

Your expression of Interest can be submitted by email or by hand no later than 4:30pm Friday 28th February 2025.

• Submission by email: Must be signed and emailed in pdf format with the subject line “EOI – Design & Build for Single & Multi–Family Houses” to eoi@hopebarbados.com.
• Submission by hand: One hard copy of the documentation duly signed should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Expression of Interest for the Design & Build for Single & Multi–Family Houses” and addressed to Home Ownership Providing Energy Inc., 15 Maxwell Main Road, Christ Church, BB 15027, Barbados.
